Frontier Communications Corporation (NASDAQ:FTR) announced today the
appointment of Peter T. DePasquale as vice president of communications
and corporate affairs.

DePasquale will be based at Frontier’s corporate headquarters in
Norwalk, Connecticut, and will report to Executive Vice President,
General Counsel and Secretary Mark Nielsen. DePasquale will be
responsible for developing and executing a corporate communications and
engagement strategy nationwide.
An experienced communicator, DePasquale has a breadth of expertise in
external affairs and public engagement. DePasquale joins Frontier from
Praxair, Inc., a global supplier of industrial gases and high
performance surface coatings, where he served as director of Government
and External Relations and was responsible for the company’s domestic
public policy communications and positioning.

A Newtown, CT resident, DePasquale has been recognized as one of
“Connecticut’s 40 under 40” by Connecticut Magazine and as a “New Leader
in the Law” by the Connecticut Law Tribune. He received his Juris
Doctor, magna cum laude from the New England School of Law where
he served as a technical editor for the New England Law Review.
DePasquale graduated from the College of Charleston with a Bachelor of
Arts degree in Corporate Communication.
He joins AVP of Corporate Communications Brigid Smith and Manager of
Corporate Communications Lliam Morrison at Frontier Communications.
