Frontier Communications Announces Tressa Bader as Area General Manager for California

Bader Brings More Than 20 Years of Experience to Key Leadership Position

ELK GROVE, Calif.--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Frontier Communications Corporation (NASDAQ: FTR) is pleased to announce Tressa Bader as the new Area General Manager for California. Bader is responsible for ensuring the delivery of customer-focused communications services and leading a workforce of 129 employees.

Prior to her new position Bader was Director of Business Operations for Frontier's West Region comprising California, Oregon and Washington and responsible for the financial oversight of operations serving more than 750,000 customers.

Prior to joining Frontier in 2007, Tressa served as Chief Operations Officer for a wireless site development company and held several leadership positions with AT&T Wireless. She received a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting and Management Information Systems, with a minor in Computer Science, from California State University at Sacramento.
